Not quite so many pictures this week. Worth noting: We have now been here over 70 days!
This is where we spent most of Monday
Laura and I have learned how to play Chinese chess! The rules are quite similar to regular chess. It's a lot of fun. I bought a set, so I'll bring it home and teach y'all!
A new ad on the subway. Wtf does this mean.
This is Oasis/no name bar. Looks condemned, right? It is!
The entrance to Tru Color Club. What does this mean?
I know what this means, but it's still funny.
The true color was apparently blue
Just across from Shamian Island. Starting to see some interesting buildings
Here we are!
Quaint little island
The place was covered in statues that were all very mildly offensive, like this one here of some British people lording over a Chinese seamstress
This man put a bike on his head
Not sure what this was but Zac approved
Posing in front of European looking buildings
Impromptu musical ensemble
Bathroom I found on Shamian. Love these rules.
Sacred Heart cathedral. We found it!
Inside the church. You wouldn't know you were in China
We were unable to figure out who this statue man was.
